Treasure Valley began as a daydream about a sunny green valley with a mine tucked into the hillside, where every tunnel leads to a small, friendly puzzle. We love tidy match games, careful logic grids and quick arcade runs, so we dug the whole place out and left a lantern burning at the entrance.

1. Entertainment only

Treasure Valley is a free entertainment website. All games are played for fun. No real money is involved at any time. You cannot deposit, spend, win or withdraw money, and no prizes, rewards or goods of any kind are offered.

2. This is not a store

Although our domain name ends in “.store”, we do not sell products or services through this website. There is no basket, checkout or payment feature. Items shown in the games, such as gems, rocks and carts, are artwork only.

3. Virtual points

Scores, gems and any other in-game items are virtual. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred, and exist only to make the games more enjoyable.

4. Eligibility

The site is intended for general audiences. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before using the site or contacting us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;

This Privacy Policy explains how Treasure Valley (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit treasurevalley.store. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, and we aim to collect as little data as possible.

1. Who is responsible for your data

• Messages you send us. If you email us or use the contact form (which opens your email app), we receive your name, email address and message.
• Technical data. Our web host may process standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, for security and to deliver the site.

• Game data. If you allow preference cookies, your best scores are stored locally on your own device. They are not sent to us.

We do not require you to register, and we do not ask for payment details because no payments are taken on this site.
